NavileBolognina
Bolognina in the 1990’s was a rough zone but it has changed dramatically. It’s a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It’s technically outside of the wall but offers most of the same conveniences of being inside the wall. The zone is diverse and inexpensive.

Santo StefanoGalvani
Colli
Often described as the Hollywood zone of Bologna. It’s one of the most expensive areas in Bologna with many luxury homes. There’s a few vineyards here too. You’ll feel totally detached from the city while still being close to the city.
It’s a hilly area so I don’t recommend this area unless you plan on taking public transit or have a vehicle of your own.
